Tapas in Sevilla

We saw 4 year olds sitting down to dinner at 11:30PM.

  9. Prawns in grilled vegetable gazpacho
  10. Ajo Blanco with Bloody Mary granita
  11. Scallops with seaweed puree and noodles
  12. Slow-cooked egg over bolete cake with wine sauce
  13. Boiled chicken blood with caramelized onions
  14. Slow-cooked miniature leeks with smoked tartar sauce
  15. Eggplant tower
  16. Cured goat cheese
  17. Croquetas: Sobrasada, Puchera, oxtail, spinach
  18. Ensaladillo of prawns with regañá
  19. “Lomi lomi” Cavallo
  20. Papas Bravas
  21. Lollipops of prawns and scallops
  22. Fried eggplant in Pedro Ximenez sauce
  23. Tortillita of little shrimp
  24. Melted goat cheese salad
  25. Tuna tartar (x2)
